Our adventure-filled half-day raft trip covers the wildest 12 miles of the scenic Salmon River. It’s the perfect trip for a taste of whitewater when time is limited. You’ll experience the thrill of Class III and IV whitewater, which may cause you to wet your shorts. But that's ok, because you’ll already be wet. Trips leave daily from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
It’s time to experience a different kind of rush hour. Our 22-mile full-day trip features plenty of unbridled whitewater, ample time to play on the Salmon’s white sandy beaches, and an on-shore gourmet lunch. Trip leaves at 9 a.m. and returns at 4 p.m.

Perfect for newcomers and experienced rafters alike, the Salmon River is the longest stretch of free flowing water in the lower 48 states. It drifts past miles of breathtaking mountains and craggy cliffs with world-famous roller coaster rapids. It offers some of the best rafting in Idaho—and some of its best white sand beaches. The Salmon is steeped in history too, and is home to Native American pictographs, old Chinese miner cabins and much more. Lewis and Clark named it the “River of no Return” because of its untamed waters and unforgettable beauty.
